Spare parts for the CASA 1.131-E Jungmann and the CASA 1.133 Jungmeister

In addition to manufacturing the BP-131 Jungmann and BP-133 Jungmeister kits, we are also able to supply all parts for the CASA 1.131-E Jungmann and CASA 1.133 Jungmeister aircraft. These aircraft have been repaired and overhauled at the Maestranza Aérea de Albacete by our experienced mechanics. The familiarity of our team with the assembly service and manufacture of all the elements of these aircraft is total.

In the service sector, it was essential to obtain the complete documentation, thanks to the collaboration of C.A.S.A. This includes manufacturing and assembly drawings, service bulletins, service manuals, etc., specific to the CASA 1.131-E Jungmann and CASA 1.133 Jungmeister models.

Our company, located next to the Maestranza Aérea de Albacete facilities, was created in the early 80's due to the need to supply parts for the Jungmann aircraft sold by the E.A.E. in the 1970's. As E.A.E. did not supply spare parts or documentation, owners were left in a helpless situation when they needed spare parts due to natural wear and tear, breakdowns or accidents. Spanish legislation prevented users from obtaining spare parts directly from the E.A.E., creating a need that our company was able to satisfy as we were civilian personnel and had the capacity to manufacture the necessary spare parts. Thus, in a progressive manner, we started manufacturing spare parts and tools until we reached the complete reconstruction of aircraft.

We offered a comprehensive solution to the problem of maintenance and supply of spare parts, documentation and services for Bucker owners. Thanks to our work, Bucker owners can continue to enjoy their aircraft without the passage of time negatively affecting its performance, airworthiness and aerobatic capabilities. In short, we have helped to preserve and keep alive the flying experience of the iconic Bucker aircraft.

Another of our company's actions was to obtain as many original moulds and tools as possible, and those that we could not obtain we made ourselves.

We are proud to say that we have made and have in our possession all the conformers for the aircraft, in particular the conformer for the FUSELAGE, both for the Jungmann and the Jungmeister, the conformer for the tail fin, the conformer for the mangetas, the conformer for the tripod (reinforced), the conformer for the controls, the wing and cabin struts, and so on.

From the E.A.E. we were able to obtain the Sur-Plus material of the aircraft in order to have original spare parts.

Our company also has the tooling to manufacture all the consumable parts such as nuts, brakes, screws, bearings, washers, gaskets, etc. as well as electrical equipment.
