THE COMPANY

JBP BUCKER is the result of the hard work of a small family business in homage to Jesús Ballester Paredes, the founder of Bucker Prado. We specialise in the reconstruction of vintage aircraft, focusing on the maintenance, repair and manufacture of C.A.S.A. Bucker Jungmann and Jungmeister biplanes. We use original tools and plans, combining almost 50 years of experience with engineering.

Our company, located in the industrial area of Camporosso, was founded at the beginning of the 1980s to meet the need for parts for the Jungmann aircraft sold by the E.A.E. in the 1970s. Given the impossibility of obtaining these parts in Spain due to legal restrictions, we became the solution and began the progressive manufacture of parts and eventually the complete reconstruction of aircraft.

Our first complete aircraft, delivered in 1984 in Switzerland as HB-UVH, marked the beginning of a series of successive deliveries to Germany, England, Italy, Brazil, France, Holland, the United States and, of course, Spain. The most recent, until 2020, was a JUNMEISTER KIT delivered to France.

A highlight of our work has been the acquisition of as much original aircraft and engine tooling as possible, as well as surplus material. This ensures that the aircraft we rebuild have as many original parts as possible, with the new parts being identical to the originals. In addition, in many cases our mechanics are the same people who have worked on the original aircraft for years.

In order to achieve this, we have obtained from CASA the original documentation for the manufacture of the parts, not only for the Jungmann, but also for the Jungmeister specific parts. We also received the complete documentation for the Tiger engine, as well as for the maintenance and repair of the aircraft, engines and ancillary equipment such as electrical, hydraulic and instrumentation.

In recognition of our quality and commitment, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Construcciones Aeronáuticas Sociedad Anónima (C.A.S.A.), we were commissioned to build the Jungmann aircraft that now adorns the entrance to their factory in Cadiz.
